SALT STRENGTH will take you through a focused 30 minute series to build muscle density. We do this through low repetition compound movements using weights that will challenge you. Each workout is targeted and will include a description for you to choose the high level muscle group focus for the day.
Videos are approx. 30 minutes, some will offer specific areas of release to help you choose what feels right for your body today.
