FIT

Each FIT (Full Body Interval training) class is a blend of heart rate lifting + strength building exercises. In these condensed workouts we will focus on specific muscle groups to help ensure you see results with your at-home workouts. Look to balance the variety in the work you do each week. We recommend 1-2 sets of weights, this practice can be done without weights using your own body resistance. An alternative option is to grab something from home that you can use in-lieu of weights.
